Early identification:

We monitor each child’s development from the moment they join us.
If we feel a child may need extra support, we will always talk to parents sensitively and work together.

Support we offer may include:

Targeted small-steps planning
Visual aids
Communication support
Emotional regulation strategies
Adapted routines
1:1 or small group activities
Referrals to outside professionals if needed

Assess

We observe, talk with parents and understand the child’s needs.

Plan

We agree achievable next steps and strategies together with families.

Do

We implement the support in the child's daily routine and environment.

Review

We meet regularly with parents to discuss progress and adapt support as needed.

Parents are involved at every stage — your views and insights are central to your child’s support.
